Basics of the Back, Hip & Pelvis
A sweet introduction for all levels to the anatomy and key muscles of the lower back, hip joint, pelvis & sacrum with Ducky Punch. We’ll discuss the roll of these muscles in hip and lower back health, specifically in terms of stability and mobility. Then through dynamic movement and asana we will explore these joints to cultivate awareness, stability and fluidity within their natural range of motion. Bring your questions and curiosity and lets play!

Ducky is certainly not your average yoga teacher, she describes herself as having ‘falling into it’ after a degree in biochemistry, a masters in neuroscience, and studying cranio-sacral therapy. Ducky sees yoga as very scientific and an important form of preventative medicine. She describes her yoga teaching as "a mix of Vinyasa flow, interwoven with the principals and depth of Forrest Yoga, peppered with Kundalini Yoga.”
