Please come clean and healthy to the studio- freshly washed hands & feet are required.
If you have any symptoms of fatigue or illness, or have been around someone ill, it is definitely not appropriate to join for yoga.

We suggest pre-registration, but all payment happens at studio when you arrive for class.

Any cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to class.

 
 

Class Descriptions

ADAPTIVE FLOW
End the week right with a combination of flowing movement and restorative postures, accompanied with props, alignment and breath work. A gentle, fun, all level class-everyone welcome.

ALL LEVEL FLOW
A compassionate approach to flowing with the breath through sun salutations, standing, seated, supine and inverted postures. Building gradually allows newer and more advanced students the opportunity to go deeper or relax, honoring the body as needed. Everyone welcome. 

GENTLE MOVEMENT + NIDRA

A grounding class that begins with slow, intentional movement to ease tension, support joint mobility, and calm the nervous system. The practice closes with yoga nidra, a guided meditative rest based on the ancient tantric technique of nasya, shown to support hormonal balance, sleep, digestion, and deep inner stillness. All levels welcome.

THERAPEUTIC
A class exploring supported postures and physical movements. A combination of stabilizing exercises and relaxation therapies, this is a great class for beginners, those injured or rehabilitating and senior students. 

VINYASA
A dynamic, flowing, alignment based practice that builds strength and increases flexibility- in body, mind and heart. Previous yoga experience preferred

YIN RESTORE
Yin is a conscious practice of long held poses with the focus on connective tissues. This is a gentle practice to invite balance in both body & mind. All levels welcome.
