Meet before 8am on the grass at Pine-Trees rain or shine!

Start your day and surf session right with a 15-minute yoga warmup on the beach! This gentle yet energizing routine will prepare your body for optimum surfing performance and mind-body presence. All surfing & yoga levels welcome!

POST-SURF YOGA
Mondays & Thursdays (February 11-March 7)

Join us for a gentle and restorative 1.5 hour class of surf-specific yoga postures to speed-up your recovery time between surf sessions, prevent injuries, improve balance and coordination. Including Pranayama breathing exercises designed to increase lung capacity. All surfing & yoga levels welcome!
